They provide a wide range of services including, but not limited to: Design/Build, Project Management, General Contracting and Project Cost Estimating. Caird-Hall Construction Inc. was formed in 2009. The principals of the company, however, have been in business since 1991 and have handled hundreds of successful general contracting projects.

Caird-Hall retains the expertise of these principal members of the company with the youth and enthusiasm of the new additions to its staff. Caird-Hall has grown since its establishment in 2009 and currently employs 11 personnel and averages $5 million dollars + in projects per year. All projects range in cost, size, and complexity. The proper personnel are assigned to each project based on their experience and qualifications allowing for a successful project. Caird-Hall has successfully managed over 7 projects at one time and never jeopardizes quantity of projects over quality. Caird-Hall's primary objective is to be the preferred choice of any client seeking quality construction services.
